Bio

Founder – Accuveda Rising Stars Paediatric Clinic My journey into acupuncture began through lived experience — navigating personal trauma and the emotional and physical health challenges faced by my children. When conventional options fell short, I turned to holistic healing, and that path led me to Traditional Chinese Medicine. I hold a BSc (Hons) degree in Acupuncture, with specialist training in paediatric acupuncture, facial acupuncture, and auricular therapy. I am fully licensed, insured, and DBS checked, and a proud member of both the Acupuncture Society (MAcS) and the British Acupuncture Society (MBAS). At my Harpenden-based clinic, Accuveda Rising Stars, I support children with allergies, anxiety, digestive discomfort, sleep issues and more — while also helping mothers and carers restore their emotional wellbeing. Through facial acupuncture, I help women reconnect with their inner calm and outer radiance. I offer a safe, nurturing space where families feel heard, respected, and gently supported on their healing journey.
