Bio

Maria Rossi, Lic. Ac. MBAcC, is a fully qualified and licensed acupuncturist, trained in both Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Element Acupuncture. She completed her training at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading, one of the UK’s most respected acupuncture institutions, where she undertook 3.5 years of in-depth study covering acupuncture theory, clinical practice, and Chinese medical diagnostics. Maria has a particular passion for paediatric acupuncture and completed a comprehensive, year-long training with Rebecca Avern, one of the world’s leading authorities in the field. Her decision to focus on children grew from a longstanding desire to make a meaningful difference from an early age—a belief echoed in the classical words of Sun Simiao: “There is no Dao among the common people that is greater than the Dao of nurturing the young. Through clinical observation and hands-on experience, she was deeply moved by how responsive children are to acupuncture and how profoundly gentle treatments can shift both physical symptoms and emotional well-being. Her mission is to offer a calm, caring space where children feel safe and supported, and where parents feel heard and empowered.
